bmBMW is the acronym of Bavarian Motor Works and a German car model name now manufacture motorcycle, bicycles, and engines established in 1916. Its founder is Franz Josef Popp, who was known as a prime source and force in the development of BMW Company. BMW headquarter is in Munich, Germany. BMW also comes in MINI brands and BMW is a trademark and point of reference for its performance and luxury vehicles.

In automobiles, BMW models come as a New Class, Current Models, and BMW M models series. In motorsport, BMW makes motorsport sponsoring, motorcycles, bicycles, formula one, sports car, touring cars, rally, and sport sponsorship beyond motor sport. Presently, its subsidiaries are in South Africa, United States, India, China, Canada, Austria, and Egypt.

The BMW logo was designed in recognition of the movement of an aircraft propeller and later as a free state of Bavaria. BMW preferred Bavarian colors in its Company logo. Initially, BMW had been made aircraft engines as its first significant aircraft engine introduced in 1918 that was the preferable engine for its high-altitude performance, whereas First World War was reaching to its ending period. Later, BMW was produced aircraft engines for the Luftwaffe. In Second World War, its air-cooled radial engines were eminent in performance and design named as "BMW 132", "BMW 801", and "BMW 003 axial-flow turbojet" had been used as an emergency fighter. After 1959, BMW carried on in collaboration with German's ex-aircraft manufacturers such as Messerchmitt and Heinkel.

 

The BMW R32 was the first BMW motorcycle and BMW 1955 R67/3 was the last its plunger model in motor bike. In 2004, BMW K1 200GT and K1 200S were the heavy bike and sports bike, respectively. These bikes are of electronically adjustable front and rear suspension and used anti-lock brakes. In BMW New Class automobiles, they introduced compact sedans and coupes with four cylinder M10 engines, and these models are fully independent suspension, MacPherson struts in front disc brakes.

Other famed BMW 3, 5 & 7 Series succeeded enthusiastically as an international brand of making luxurious cars. In 2004, its current models have launched as 1 Series and 3 Series as compact executive cars. BMW's E90 is the fifth generation of making car models, including the sport sedans, station wagons, coupes, and convertibles. BMW's 5 Series is acknowledged as a mid size executive cars. Later, its 7 Series got maximum fame because of full size luxury vehicles acknowledged as BMW's flagship car and is designed only for executive sedan car.

These are the BMS's latest and new innovative series. In 7 Series, liquid hydrogen fueled internal combustion engines are used. In 2002, BMW's 6 Series were stayed very popular as gracious touring luxury sports coupes and 2-seater roadsters sold out. BMW is expert in hatchbacks, coupes, convertibles, sedans, wagons, Jeeps, and particularly in roadsters and sports cars look wise and performance wise. In 2007, BMW's M3 coupes became a new and biggest market value because these coupes are not only race ready vehicles, but also award winning vehicles engines in consequence of most modern geometrical shapes. It is shown in BMW's sponsoring motorsports, sports car, touring cars, and rallies. BMS's productions are polluted free and more efficient because of the use of electrical power, hybrid power (combustion engines and electric motors), and as hydrogen engines are concerned ever.
